This position is responsible for the co-ordination and compliance of bottling specifications and packaging materials, to assist in the maintenance of brand integrity and international compliance regulation for all Beer, Wine, RTD and Spirit products
Responsibilities
Work within the compliance team to ensure that all products are produced to specifications.
Participate in new product development process for product creation and modification of existing products
Set up vintage roll specifications in advance of required production timings
Create bottling specifications and stock items for internal approval
Coordinate the specification approval process for all Casella products.
Assist in gaining market specific approvals for packaging materials
Activating stock items for purchasing and sales
Maintain the Bill of Materials database
