Maintain a safe and attractive living environment to suit the needs of the residents
Identify and prioritise resident needs to create a more home like environment
Assist the Manager - Property in the selection of trades people to undertake specific tasks
Maintain a planned preventative program along with ensuring documentation requirements are met
Attend to the maintenance of buildings, ground and utilities in line with the schedule
