Reporting into the Service Team Leader, the new Field Service Technician (?FST?) will be based at our Balcatta office in Perth, WA, and traveling regularly to regional client sites through the state. The FST is to play a key role in servicing our diverse customers by using their strong technical skills, computer competency, and ability to learn and adapt to our ever-evolving products, as well as:
Maintain, repair, and test Draeger safety products;
Produce work conducted reports for customers;
Prepare detailed quotations for customers;
Maintain accurate service records;
Provide high quality service and support to our customers;
Onsite customer user and maintenance training;
Travel regularly to regional client sites in wider WA, occasionally interstate as required;
Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
Always ensure a safety-first approach.
