WAYFINDING STRATEGIST
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimising user journeys?
Do you have an interest in the massive projects currently being undertaken in our Public Transport system?
If so, we are seeking a skilled Wayfinding Strategist to collaborate with an established team to creative intuitive and efficient navigation solutions, enhancing user journeys within complex environments.
This project will run until the end of January until June and ideally youll be available 3-5 days per week and be able to attend on-site in Melbourne as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Pedestrian Flow Analysis: Utilise your expertise to meticulously document and analyse pedestrian flows within diverse spaces, ensuring seamless movement and reducing congestion.
Decision Point Identification: Identify critical decision points within environments and develop strategic guidance to simplify choices, improving user satisfaction and overall navigation effectiveness.
