Davidson is working with a state government client who is seeking an experienced Portfolio Governance Specialist (Lead). The Specialist will work with stakeholders to educate, foster, and embed better portfolio management processes among senior leaders and staff within the Division.
About the Role
This role is needed to bring portfolio management and governance expertise to the internal project team and Division. The successful candidate in this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the Division to analyse the current portfolio management practices, identify mechanisms to uplift capability, contribute to the uplift of portfolio, program and project management maturity, and the supporting tools, templates and artefacts.
Key duties will include, but not limited to;
Contribute subject matter expertise, undertake improvement actions and support organisational changes related to the business transformation project aimed at substantially uplifting the maturity of portfolio, program and project management
