THE ROLE
Driscolls Australia is seeking an accomplished finance leader to drive its financial vision and execution. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is the most senior finance role within the joint venture and a strategic partner to the local senior leadership team.
As the head of finance, you will be leading the financial strategy, engaging with, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring alignment of our financial practices with our core values and goals. You will have accountability for the full breadth of the finance function including - cash flow, reporting, and compliance, and work closely with our joint venture partners (Costa Group & Driscolls Inc), auditors, and regulatory bodies. Youll also use your exceptional leadership qualities to support your team to achieve strong results in a collaborative business-partnering environment.
