PURPOSE
The role is to effectively perform the Murray Bridge Rendering office administration duties which incorporates the reporting and documentation in the following business units: - Production, Compliance, Environmental, WHS, and Maintenance for the Rendering Plant.
CORE FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Safety
Safety first: Actively contribute to a workplace culture where WHS is given the highest priority in all activities.
All safety incidents / accidents / injuries are reported in accordance with company policy, investigated and corrective actions taken to ensure non-reoccurrence (in consultation with WHS Manager)
Lead by example and behaviour.
Production
Administration duties including, but not limited to, entering payroll, daily production recording, checking daily monitoring and shift reports, logistics of daily production and coordinating loadouts.
Assist in operation of equipment by calling for repairs through the relevant departments and Maintenance Manager.
Assist in providing manufacturing
