Internal Auditor – Disability Support Services
We are a leading provider of disability support services, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team. If you have 2–3 years of local experience in the same or a similar role, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial systems, compliance, and overall business operations. Your key tasks will include:
• Establishing and reviewing risk management objectives.
• Devising and restructuring budgetary costs for company operations.
• Preparing financial statements and audit reports to maintain accurate records and prepare the company for external audits.
• Evaluating the cost-effectiveness and risks of operational processes.
• Implementing audit methodologies in alignment with government policies.
• Assisting with debt management, tax returns, and financial decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance to secure government funding and rectifying any non-compliance issues.
• Overseeing business matters and transactions as directed by the CEO, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
• Supporting the company’s growth and direction by collating, checking, and analyzing data.

Qualifications & Skills Required
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business.
• Strong analytical, time management, and professional scepticism skills.
• Proficiency in risk management and government compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• High level of honesty, diligence, and professionalism.
• Previous experience with an NDIS service provider is highly regarded.
