Job Description
Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the financial controller, your duties will include;
Assist the Financial Controller and provide support to the Finance team
Invoice administration
Data entry; including for daily cash sales and receipts
Reconciliation
Provide clerical support in filling up forms, liaising with other departments, organising documents
Maintaining databases
Manage Finance inbox
Payroll administration including managing timesheets, reimbursement forms
