This role is responsible for maintaining, monitoring and supporting Adores systems and networks across our ecommerce, corporate and warehouse platforms. You will solve technical issues, work with specialist 3rd parties and collaborate with all departments to understand and meet their technology support requirements. With a strong knowledge of system administration across corporate systems and SaaS based platforms you will ensure Adore staff have the technology and support required to deliver to our customer promise
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in a technology discipline
3 years experience in a similar role with demonstrated experience providing technology support across corporate technologies
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
Providing end user technical support
Supporting SaaS based platforms across corporate and ecommerce platforms
Supporting change taking into account people, communication and technology requirements
