Our client, a global scale gold miner is seeking a Technical Services Superintendent to join one of their sizeable operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering;
WA First Class Mine Managers Certificate;
Competent in the use of mine planning and design software - Deswik CAD, Scheduler and Ventsim.
Position Duties:
Assist Alternate Underground Managers and Underground Managers to develop underground mines associated activities to meet company's strategic goals;
Monitor daily performance of production, infrastructure projects and bring trends or issues that may compromise the three month schedule;
Analyse and report on mining operational performance to identify any early interventions to maintain performance and lift mine performance;
Design and implement clear directions and information regarding the schedule and plans to engineers, foreman and shift supervisors;
