DRIVE YELLO PTY LTD Position - ICT Sales Representative Company - DRIVE YELLO PTY LTD Location : Melbourne, Australia (This role is primarily based in Melbourne with monthly interstate travel to NSW and Queensland) Core Responsibilities · Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets (ICT Services) . Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients . Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling . Provide excellent customer service and support . Prepare and present sales proposals Prospecting - Outbounds . Conduct research and due diligence to identify potential vendors for ICT Services. . Build strong relationships with prospective clients in your assigned regions and regularly interact with them to establish our ICT Services as a thought leader and open up potential opportunities for further sales . Regular field visits in your assigned regions to identify and contact vendors that would have a great value proposition for the ICT service platform . Calling prospective customers and conducting drop in visits to book sales meeting with prospective vendors . Build referral networks with the industry's on the ground representatives. Pipeline Management . Attending booked meetings face to face, mobile and online . Telephone follow ups . Preparing proposals for clients, including the amendment of pricing where needed . Signed agreements . Build close relationships with cafe and restaurant owners within your regions to facilitate increased sales. Post-contract sign-ups . Ensuring venues are activated in a timely period after signed agreements. . Reporting, Pipeline management and Team Administration . Ongoing management of Hubspot CRM to ensure client details are accurate and your pipeline of sales and deploys are clearly visible . Attending team meetings, one on ones, Weekly Sales Training This role will be: . 70% Prospecting - Outbounds . 20% Pipeline Management . 5% Post contract sign ups · 5% Reporting Qualification & Experience . Minimum of 2 years experience in ICT sales (Mobile application) . Academic Qualification in Business Development / Sales is preferred. Benefits As above.
