About the Role:
You will be the face of IT and first point of contact. Focus on customer satisfaction, security compliance and standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide in person support for Desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, Skype telephony, end-user peripherals, and any other devices.
L1 Support for Wintel, AIX, networking, storage, audio-visual systems, video conferencing equipment.
Coordinate with other service providers to resolve incidents or service requests as needed.
Support for controlled shutdowns and any activities impacting computer rooms.
Assist in facilitating access for approved external personnel to restricted areas, including site computer rooms.
Participate in an after-hours standby roster as required.
Skills and Experience:
