Working in a highly successful, fast paced and driven team, this role will utilise your proven sales experience to ensure the ongoing success of the New South Wales Residential team.
You will successfully achieve this by:
- Working across a career defining master plan community project
- Having a solid understanding of project marketing principles and selling off-the-plan. Alternatively, an ambitious agent with a proven track record of high performance in residential established sales could make a successful transition into this role.
- Understanding the drivers for investor, owner occupiers, downsizers and first home buyers
- Meeting individual budgeted revenue on an annual basis.
- Being highly organized and able to work autonomously.
