Their commitment to meeting the unique needs of each client is unwavering, and we’re looking for a passionate Corporate Services Manager to join their dynamic team!

About the Role: As Corporate Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of their superior cleaning services. Your leadership will ensure that they maintain their high standards of service quality and continue to foster a positive, sustainable community environment. The role is full time and ongoing.

Location – MacGregor ACT

Salary – widely negotiable in the range $70k to $90k plus superannuation per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage corporate service activities across all sectors, ensuring excellence in service delivery.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Oversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and resource allocation.

• Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their specific needs are met and exceeded.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (at least 2 to 3, preferably more, years, in a senior management role within the cleaning or related service industry.

• Solid degree in a relevant industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of financial management and budget control.

• Commitment to sustainability and creating a greener community.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
