What You Will Be Doing:
- Motivating, engaging and training your housekeeping team
- Managing all operational and financial outcomes for the department
- Organise and allocate rooms for the rostered team members on shift
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Workplace Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
- Going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
- Working autonomously and building strong bonds with all departments
- Follow departmental policies and procedures and service standards
- Maintaining training and cleaning records
