Daily tasks include:
1. Advising and assisting the management team in the recruitment process, from advertising job vacancies to conducting interviews, selecting candidates, and onboarding new employees.
2. Providing training and guidance to the management team on employee rules and regulations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Overseeing employee performance reviews, setting benchmarks, and working with staff to develop growth plans and address performance issues.
4. Designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, ensuring compliance with workplace standards, and promoting professional development.
5. Drafting and enforcing HR policies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and compliance with workplace regulations.
6. Ensuring all HR practices comply with Australian employment laws and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
7. Supervising payroll processes, managing employee benefits, and maintaining competitive compensation structures.
8. Overseeing the implementation of redundancy and retrenchment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of the relevant work experience in human resources.
- Excellent staff management skills.
- Previous work experience in the areas of facilities management area in particular commercial cleaning services.
- Australian work rights required.
Annual salary: $73,150 + $83,000 plus superannuation (Full-time, 38 hours of work per week)
