Corsec Services is a leading specialist security agency providing professional and affordable guarding solutions within the commercial, construction and logistics industries. They now seek an experienced Systems Analyst to join their team.
The Role:
It is for a full time role based in Sydney, NSW 2000 with an annual salary between $80,000 to $85,000, depending on experience + Superannuation.

The Responsibilities:
Carry out analysis to define configuration specifications and business technological requirements
Develop and implement best practices and processes for improved system methods
Run system tests to monitor performance and ensure optimum quality
Liaise with customers to determine best practices and guidelines for system functionality
Prepare training documentation for users as well as organize formal sessions and seminars
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT and business processes
Use process and data modelling techniques to develop and manage system software
Utilize IT resources to create IT solutions effective in meeting the requirements of an organization
Offer recommendations to upper management on ways to maximize profits by improving systems processes
Maintain and upgrade existing systems as required and conduct proactive risk mitigation planning
Design new computer systems and frameworks and troubleshooting technical issues
Collaborate with department managers, production team and management team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
Conduct training sessions and workshops on system processes and create system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
Conduct regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Structure and prioritise business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Communicate with users to obtain feedback and assist in resolving issues
Create reports and interactive dashboards for the management using production line and sales data.
Train users on the new ERP systems and provide support
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Maintain accurate records of relevant technical and business information
Monitor systems development processes to ensure successful project completion.
Maintain production databases?
The Requirements:
Relevant degree qualifications in Information Technology or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a system analyst
At least 2 years working knowledge of mainstream ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
At least 2 years developing or working knowledge of customised internal CRM and ERP systems
At least 2 years experience with scripting languages
Hands on experience with information systems and documentation
Solid knowledge of business information systems
Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis techniques and process improvement methodologies
Strong facilitation and influencing skills
Creativity in thinking, ideation and approach
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
