Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and solutions.
3. Preparing cost estimates and project timelines for designs.
4. Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
5. Assist in the preparation of presentations and design proposals for clients.
6. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
7. Revise drawings and specifications based on client feedback and project changes.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson or similar role.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
