We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager or Duty Manager to join our front office leadership team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, guide and support team members, and set the benchmark for exceptional hospitality. You will manage guest inquiries and feedback, encourage open communication, and cultivate a positive work environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and act as the shift lead.
  • Train and support team members, fostering a culture of excellent hospitality.
  • Manage guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring top-tier guest recovery.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Inspire and motivate the team, promoting a positive and safe work environment.
  • Assist with revenue optimization, including preparing team rosters.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of the Front Office Team.
