About the team Our Brisbane Dispute Resolution & Litigation (DR&L) team sits within a national practice group that acts for a vast range of clients in areas including commercial disputes and litigation, property, media, technology, mining, energy and resources, judicial review, royal commissions and commissions of inquiry, competition and consumer law, intellectual property, and startups and emerging enterprises. These clients include government departments and agencies, national and international clients, listed companies, SMEs, private companies and individuals. Within the team we have a number of disputes partners and lawyers who specialise in public and administrative law, competition law, Government and regulatory matters. About the role We are looking to add further to our team with a Brisbane-based lawyer with 2-4 years of post-admission with experience in regulatory and public and administrative law matters.
