About the role Our client, the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth, is dedicated to rigorously applying the National Catholic Safeguarding Standards which align with the National Strategy to Prevent and Respond to Child Sexual Abuse and the Western Australia National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. This Administration Officer role supports the Director and other Safeguarding staff to implement and uphold the Archdiocese commitment to child safety. The role of the Administration Officer is to provide professional administrative support, encompassing a wide variety of tasks to the Safeguarding Office while maintaining close working relationships with other Safeguarding staff, clergy, parishes, agencies, organisations, ministries and external stakeholders and provide professional administrative support to the WA Professional Standards Office (WAPSO). Key duties will include:
Stakeholder management including contributing to engagement through greeting guests and customers and arranging face-to-face meetings, and/or teleconferences, communique, and website updates.
