We currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Fund Analyst to join the Lendlease Investment Management business, supporting the APPF Commercial Fund.
The Senior Fund Analyst will support the Fund Manager and Deputy Fund Manager to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of fund analytics and reporting ? taking the lead role on developing and managing fund models, conducting financial analysis, and monitoring fund performance against the fund strategy and budget.
As an integral part of our APPF Funds team, you will be responsible for analysing investment opportunities, conducting research, and providing valuable insights, assisting the Fund Manager and Deputy Fund Manager in making and recommending investment decisions across existing assets as well as new investment opportunities. You?ll also gain diverse exposure across development and operational asset management.
