We are currently seeking for skilled and experienced Machinist to join our team in Welshpool WA. The successful candidate will be reporting the workshop supervisor and/or General Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Operation of relevant machines in accordance with Production Processes
* Review of job specific drawings, for update of Machine Programs where necessary
* General workshop duties as directed by management
* Completion of relevant job documentation
* General maintenance of machines and equipment where necessary
* Ordering and replacing stock items through the Matrix
* Ensuring work areas are clean and maintained as all times
* Inspection of raw materials prior to machining, to ensure conformity
* Inspection of sequenced machining, as per the buddy system
* Inspection of in-coming receivals of raw materials, to ensure conformity
* Ensuring that swarf collection bins remain free of contaminates and rubbish
Experience and Requirements:
* Experience in CNC Machining within the Production and Manufacturing Industry
* Trade qualified CNC Machinist (desirable)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Positive work attitude
* Problem solving skills

Salary: $79,040 - $85,000 a year (commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience)
