About the Role:
Become the friendly voice at the end of the line, ready to assist guests during their road trips. Your responsibilities will include:
Guest Assistance: Provide support and collaborate with other departments to address vehicle-related issues.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate to ensure the best possible guest experience while meeting business requirements.
Incident Tracking: Keep track of incidents and ensure guests are well-informed about solutions and repair progress.
Repair Coordination: Minimise vehicle repair time and ensure repairs adhere to standard practices.
Working shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.
