Direct Care Workers- Community Age Care
In Home Care: Our clients are based in St Kilda, Prahran, South Yarra, Elsternwick, Windsor, Caulfield, Carnegie, Bentleigh, & Surrounding Suburbs. You will need your own transport and driver's licence.
Your availability to work 20hrs per week between Monday-Sunday will be highly regarded.
About the Role:
You will provide personal care to our clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Provide assistance with a range of personal care including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Support clients to maintain and develop independent living skills and routines in accordance to their Individual Care Plan
Monitor the physical, social and emotional well-being of the client and report issues
Be responsible for taking immediate action in an emergency to ensure the safety of elders, staff,
