The Role The Team Leader Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) is responsible for overseeing CASAs Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) testing program within the Legal Services Branch. Reporting to the Manager Investigations, this role ensures the efficient management, coordination, and execution of AOD testing activities under Part IIIA of the Civil Aviation Act . It includes leading a team of AOD testers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and CASA policy requirements, and driving continuous improvement within the program. This position is based at the CASA Canberra office. The position will operate under shift work arrangements in accordance with CASAs Enterprise Agreement. Intrastate and interstate travel will be required. This position is a safety sensitive position.
