About the roles APS6 Lawyers deliver a broad range of in-house legal services to the ACIC. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain experience providing a broad range of in-house legal services within a multi-disciplinary environment and engage with key internal and external stakeholders on legal matters. Key responsibilities of an APS6 Lawyer:
Work collaboratively across the national legal services branch and deliver high quality, client focused legal services;
Undertake statutory interpretation and provide advice on information disclosure;
Provide legal advice and support to operational teams including in obtaining warrants, controlled operations, and other operational activities;
Statutory interpretation of the Australian Crime Commission Act (Cth) and other legislation relevant to the exercise of the ACICs functions;
Provide accurate and timely legal advice in support
