Your new role:
As the Site Supervisor, you will oversee a major commercial project valued up to $200 million in Parramatta, Sydney. Your primary responsibility will be to manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What you'll need to succeed:
Proven experience in supervising construction projects valued up to $100 million in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 company.
Strong background in managing both structural and finishes aspects of commercial buildings.
Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and manage subcontractors and on-site teams.
Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality on site.
Proficiency in monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management.
