AAA Lift Services Pty Ltd provides installation and maintenance service for elevators, escalators, moving walks in Australia. Our major customers specialise in products imported from China. We are looking for suitably qualified junior Lift Mechanics to join our team on a full-time basis.
Applicants must have the following qualities or skills to carry out duties which include:
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in an elevator & escalator company as a Lift Installer/Technician, OR
AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV.
• Experienced in lift mechanical & electrical installation, testing & commissioning.
• Experienced in maintenance, troubleshooting & adjustments of various lift equipment.
• Familiar with AS1735 elevator standards.
• Ability to interpret technical lay-out including shaft drawings and equipment specifications.
• Ability to do mechanical rectification and repair work if required on site.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and mechanical/electrical schematic diagrams.
• Good English communication skills (at technical level).
• Ability to do coordination & lead a team on site to perform the work more efficiently.
• Familiarity with safe work methods and construction site safety & environmental management procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to multi-task effectively & work under minimum supervision.
• Good and stable employment history.
• Good character, self-motivated, hardworking, honest, and friendly disposition are essential
• Proactive and contribute to the company’s skills development.
Salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
