As the My Dan Murphy’s Loyalty Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the customer benefits and operations of the My Dan’s loyalty program, working horizontally across the Marketing team and the wider business embed the program consistently across the business and drive initiatives to grow and retain the member base.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Partner with the Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager to build and develop the My Dan’s program, customer value proposition and cross-channel customer experience for members.
- End to end project management in creating the calendar of commercial & engaging loyalty activities in partnership with channel owners, including in-store/point-of-sale, email/lifecycle marketing and digital/performance media.
- Develop the creative briefs and communications with all internal stakeholder (Marketing, Event, Operations etc) and channel agencies to ensure clarity of the My Dan’s message across marketing activity.
- Lead the execution of our offers capability in partnering with our Product owners, including setting up offers, audience selection, creative briefing & post analysis.
- Lead post campaign reviews on market performance and internal effectiveness against key success measures.
- Supporting the broader marketing team through delivery of loyalty activity aligned to brand framework, business priorities and the overarching campaign strategy.
- Acting as the program champion/subject matter expert to embed the program in the business to build awareness and drive consistency in execution across all touchpoints.
- Acting as the main day-to-day point of liaison between the Loyalty team and the Store/Online/Operations/Tech teams, supporting on team member development, program advocacy and operational matters relating to customer queries.
- Lead the day to day management of loyalty operations & logistics including card and collateral design/production with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Support the Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager partnering with endeavourX Product Owners to develop strategy & implementation of ongoing Proofs of Concept around new loyalty initiatives; inclusive of strategy, customer experience, operations roll out and tech platforming.
- Measurement and reporting of loyalty KPI; supporting with analysis and trends of membership base inclusive of circulation through the business.
- Bring cross functional teams together and coordinate a regular operating rhythm to ensure the successful delivery of actions to timelines and resolve any misalignment in planned activity.
- Manage marketing financials for loyalty activity including managing the budget, raising purchase orders, updating the spend tracker, and managing financials/invoices with external suppliers.
