Our client is a leading Tier 2 builder who has been in the industry for close to 50 years. They specialise in commercial, education, residential and health projects up to $250m and very respected in what they do. They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join the business to initially be part of the new business team.
About You
Successful candidates for this role will have a proven track record in the delivery of projects over $50 mil and preferably have experience in delivering health or/ and education projects.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction/Project Management, Engineering.
Will have proven experience completing multiple projects start to completion in the Tier 1 or 2 space in Australia
4 years professional experience working in a Project Manager role on large-scale developments.
Exposure to delivering projects in live environments will be highly regarded.
