Admin Clerk

Provide support to the Managers of the business by organising, storing, and retrieving information.
Sending documents including invoices to customers by mail and email.
Receiving and classifying mail including emails and preparing it for response.
Preparing management reports from the Backup administration systems.
Keeping record of all the plant and equipment of the business.
Customer service as required including providing information to customers about products and prices.
Photocopying, scanning and filing of documents.
Responding to emails and telephone calls of routine nature.
May provide counter customer services on occasions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Track and manage inventory at store

The applicant will be required to relocate near to the business near Wagga Wagga/Temora.

Qualifications required

AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
