Production Horticulturist Ensure all land preparations and crop operations follow established procedures. Train and monitor operators to maintain standard practices. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work programs to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor and manage nursery plants and pressurized irrigation systems. 2. Forklift Driver Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the farm premises. Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring minimal damage to products. Conduct routine maintenance checks on the forklift and report any issues. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory management. 3. Section Supervisor Oversee daily operations of a specific farm section, ensuring productivity and quality standards. Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training as needed. Liaise with the Farm Operations Manager to align section activities with farm objectives. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any issues promptly. Qualification & Experience Relevant experience of minimum 2 years in the desired role. Relevant Qualifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of agricultural practices is an advantage (for Production Horticulturist and Section Supervisor).
