Our client, a global mining company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their expanding team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a site-wide project.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple sites and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Risk Owners, Vehicle Coordinators, Safety Managers, Equipment Engineers, and site-specific personnel.
Workshop Facilitation: Conduct effective workshops and facilitate assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks and issues.
Risk and Issue Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk and issue register, tracking progress and implementing mitigation strategies.
Process and Role Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear processes and roles, ensuring alignment and consensus.
