Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort is currently looking for a Full time Demi Chef to join our team at our Oaks and Vine restaurant.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and cook high quality food
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Assisting in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Helping to create good communication between FOH and BOH
- Keep the kitchen organized and clean
Shifts are typically 12:00 pm and 8:30 pm with no late nights.
Shifts are Monday-Sunday with rotating weekends off
Pay grade as per HIGA award 28.87
