About the role:
This position supports the Assistant Financial Controller in the management of the finance department and ensuring the integrity of the Hotels transactions and adherence to legislative requirements and labour laws.
To provide an accurate and efficient payroll service to hotel, and all team members across the business. This role provides friendly and professional and efficient service which meets all required expectations and Hotel standards. Has a conscientious approach to their work and participate in projects as required.
What you will be dong:
- Provide efficient, courteous, friendly and professional information and service to all guests, clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Be available to assist colleagues with payroll requests and handle all complaints or concerns promptly and efficiently, assisting with follow up to determine the source of the complaint or concern and resolution of the problem.
- Be available to assist suppliers with payment and handle all complaints/concerns promptly and efficiently, assisting with follow up to determine the source of the complaint and resolution of the problem.
- Take every opportunity to be a “salesperson” by active selling of special promotions and facilities available within rthe Hotel.
- Apply decisions to reach a win-win situation on behalf of the Hotel and the customer.
- Be knowledgeable of the Accor Hotels Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and provide appropriate soft benefits to our members to recognise our Loyalty guests.
