As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Neighbourhood, you will play a critical role in crafting innovative marketing strategies, implementing digital solutions, and driving client success globally. You’ll engage in diverse responsibilities ranging from developing marketing funnels to optimizing user experiences. Working with a cross-functional team, you will contribute directly to the company’s mission of humanizing sales and marketing experiences for businesses worldwide.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM management is preferred (HubSpot experience is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Experience in project management and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and optimize marketing campaigns to increase client engagement and drive inquiries.
- Build and refine marketing funnels to transition MQLs into SQLs effectively.
- Collaborate with specialists to enhance SEO and SEM strategies.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
- Conduct buyer persona research and develop targeted strategies.
CRM Implementation and HubSpot Expertise
- Onboard clients to HubSpot, guiding them through education and implementation processes.
- Design and deploy sales process automation to enhance client efficiency.
- Map and implement customer journeys using tools like Miro.
- Generate detailed reports on marketing, sales, and service performance.
Website Development and Optimization
- Create wireframes and collaborate with design teams to craft engaging user experiences.
- Work with development teams to build and optimize websites using HubSpot CMS.
- Assist with complex API integrations for client projects as needed.
Project Management and Client Engagement
- Manage projects and workflows using ClickUp.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients via Slack, email, and video meetings.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates through reporting tools like Databox.
