Daily Tasks Include:
1. Managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
2. Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations, amendments, and claims.
3. Drafting licenses, contracts, and terms of use for solutions developed by BCS, including software, products, and services.
4. Monitoring contract-related expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
5. Organizing and maintaining precise and accessible records and communications related to contracts and legal documentation.
6. Assisting in the registration of trademarks, products, software, and other proprietary solutions to ensure legal compliance and business protection.
7. Supporting the creation and implementation of legal and operational frameworks for BCS’s international partnerships and clients.
8. Contributing to the development of tools for managing agricultural data and records.
9. Assisting in the creation of innovative products and services, aligned with regenerative agriculture practices and technological advancement.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Alternatively, 5+ years of experience in the area can replace a formal degree.
3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position or relevant field.
4. Key competencies and skills:
o Strong organizational skills and proficiency in document management.
o Excellent written communication skills, essential for the position.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
o Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
o Proven experience in contract administration and related processes.
o Knowledge of IT systems and tools is considered a plus.
o Familiarity with the agricultural sector or regenerative practices is an advantage.
Annual Salary:
$77,000 AUD + superannuation (38 hours per week)
