About the role:
We are currently seeking a Homelessness Case Manager to join our team in Rockhampton. They will provide case management support to people who are homeless, at imminent risk of homelessness or housed but at risk of homelessness. Case management is provided to people in their home, in temporary living situations, in supported housing, in a community setting or in a public space.
Mandatory Requirements:
Certificate IV qualifications in Community Services or similar.
2 years relevant experience.
