We have partnered with a tier 1 building materials company who are sekeing to appoint a new Account Manager. You will be required to develop customer partnerships to allow for early engagement in identifying projects, develop profitable tenders and deliver on volume targets. You understand that teamwork is critical in achieving success.
Working in conjunction with the Sales Manager, you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement, and efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry as well as a background in building product sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
Understanding the business strategy and product pricing
Build individual stakeholder strategy and map out effective relationship plans
Maintain Key relationships with current major customers as well as seeking new customers
Preparing journey plans and acceleration plans
