Job Purpose / Overview: As a Travel and Tourism Lecturer, youll be responsible for delivering NCFE Level 1-3 courses, motivating students to achieve their best, and supporting their skills development in an engaging learning environment. This full-time role offers a chance to lead subject areas and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement during a six-month sick cover placement. Responsibilities:
Deliver a structured teaching timetable set by the Curriculum Manager/Assistant Principal, engaging students across NCFE Levels 1-3.
Act as the subject leader for the Travel and Tourism course, driving student performance and handling essential administrative tasks.
Support curriculum innovation, including new course development and the integration of digital learning resources.
