About the role: The Administration team is currently seeking an Office Administrator  to join them on a Monday to Friday roster   based at   our West Perth office.  Reporting to the Executive Assistant to CEO , you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Perth Corporate Office and Executive Assistant to CEO. Duties:

Primary point of contact for incoming calls, email enquiries, visitors and deliveries
General office and facilities maintenance
Organise catering for monthly events and the occasional meeting
Maintain general office consumables
End of month reconciliation: Cabcharge, Courier, AustPost
Ensure a clean and safe workspace
Create SAP shopping carts, receipt invoices and action capex and new vendor applications
