- Respond to inquiries for group bookings and events, qualify leads, and work closely with the senior sales team members on new business
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and preliminary event packages with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Reservations, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Kitchen and Front Office, to ensure client needs are met
- Maintain accurate group booking records, manage room blocks, and ensure all client requirements are documented
- Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for smaller events and support operations during pre-event briefings
- Manage deposits and payments, oversee billing processes, and ensure financial accuracy post-event
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including reporting and system updates
