CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Grader Operator for an exciting FIFO opportunity with our mining client in WA.
This position is based on a 2:1 roster, offering $65 per hour plus a meal allowance, with flights and accommodation included.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate grader machinery to perform grading, levelling, cutting, and compacting tasks accurately.
Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.
Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance on grader equipment.
Utilise GPS technology for precise grading as needed.
Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project requirements.
Maintain records of daily activities, including grading tasks, equipment checks, and maintenance.
Report significant mechanical or operational issues to supervisors.
Assist in site preparation and end-of-day clean-up to maintain a safe and organised workspace.
