About the opportunity We are on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our North Management team in Darwin. As a Strata Manager, your duties will include:
Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, building relationships, and being a trusted advisor in all things strata
Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings
Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
Interpreting legislation and assisting in the enforcement of by-laws
Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance
