Well-established ASX listed business is looking for an established Assistant Financial Accountant to support the corporate finance team with accounting and reporting functions.
The Role:
This opening comes about due to an internal promotion and is a great foot in the door to a growing business. Reporting to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
Processing general ledger accounting entries
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (Bank Reconciliations, Creditors and Debtors)
General Accounting support and assistance to the wider finance team
Month-end/Year-end activities
Supporting internal & external stakeholders
Process improvements
Ad hoc tasks
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in finance/accounting
Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role
SAP experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and communications skills
