Main responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets, including bar & bistro service, room service and conferencing
- Explaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs as well as providing suitable beverage options.
- Use of the POS system to place orders
- Ensuring accuracy whilst ordering and delivering goods
- Set up and pack down of conference rooms
