The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Support Students & Parents: Handle incoming enquiries via Missive and Podium about schedules, invoicing, rescheduling, and general information, ensuring quick, professional, and solutions-oriented responses.
  • Oversee Campus Operations: Keep the campus running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, maintaining stock and equipment, and preparing classrooms to create a welcoming learning environment.
  • Engage with Customers: Assist walk-in students and parents at the campus, providing support and information in a patient, empathetic manner.
  • Maintain High Standards: Monitor and address any operational issues during classes, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

  • A Great Communicator: You listen actively, show patience, and deliver clear, empathetic communication that leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: You juggle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy in everything from scheduling to record-keeping.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: You’re quick to solve problems and flexible in managing the day-to-day demands of campus operations.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable using tools like Missive and Podium and eager to learn new systems as needed.
