Expressions of Interest: Temporary Leasing Consultants
Are you a Leasing Consultant looking for flexible, temporary opportunities in the real estate industry?
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our temp pool and work across a variety of roles and companies.
About the Role: (each assignment would vary)
Conduct open homes, manage applications, and liaise with tenants.
Processing tenancy applications, taking holding deposits, reporting to PMs
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages from potential tenants.
Prepare lease agreements using tools like REI Forms.
Facilitate the signing process with tenants, explaining terms and conditions.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have: A reliable car and a valid drivers license. Current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate License).
Proven experience in leasing or property management.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
